(aka I like to move it move it)... Fridays 1015am with Angie Carroll @CB CFTA. Drop ins welcome. This class is open to all adult ages and abilities! The class will combine dance, stretching, cardio fitness, plus balance and strengthening exercises to provide a whole body workout with the intention of increasing overall physical, mental and spiritual wellness. It will be taught by dancer and exercise physiologist Angela Carroll. Each class will be different and dynamic with themes of wellness and a great playlist to move to! Come get a great workout while increasing your capacity for movement and rhythm comprehension and embodiment. Class will emphasize movements that engage the brain and body to promote strength, balance, mobility, flexibility, and coordination and ALL movements can be adapted to ability of all individuals in the room. Class will be joyful, accessible, and fun!
