AcroYoga Class with Justin Leflar

This class is designed to help you move beyond what you think is possible and experience strength, balance, and teamwork in a supportive, welcoming environment. What You'll Learn: Expect fun poses and flows tailored to your ability level, efficient movement and solid technique, and impeccable safety practices and spotting skills that keep everyone grounded — literally. Every Class Includes: Guided warm-ups to prepare your body, calibration and clear demonstrations, cognitive habits for success including communication, awareness, and trust, dedicated time for practice and skill-building, and examples of partner therapeutic techniques. Who It's For: Everyone. Whether you're brand new or have been flying for years, you'll leave feeling stronger, more connected, and inspired.
