Join Health & Wellness Coach Kristin King and the incredible women of the Gunnison Valley for an evening of reflection, connection, and meaningful conversation. Together, we’ll explore the Health Compass—a simple yet powerful framework designed to help you better understand the areas of your life that most impact your energy, health, and overall wellbeing. This experience is all about slowing down and tuning in. You’ll walk away with greater clarity on the season of health you’re in, awareness around patterns that may no longer be serving you, and practical, approachable shifts to help you move forward with more alignment and intention.
