This is the second event in the community mental health discussion sponsored by CB State of Mind and RMBL. We will focus specifically on the "anxiety crisis," discussing why folks are experiencing so much anxiety and what we can do about it. The discussion is led by Wallace Pond, a local therapist, academic, and researcher. It's free and open to all. |
