 Begin your morning with a practice that’s designed to gently wake up your body, mind, and breath. Slow Flow is a thoughtfully paced, intentional movement class where each pose is guided with care. We’ll focus on mindful transitions, breath-led sequencing, and deep presence—helping you build strength, stability, and ease without rushing. Expect: ?? Slow, fluid movement ?? Purposeful alignment ?? Gentle mobility work ?? A grounded, body-awakening flow ?? Space to reconnect with yourself before the day begins Perfect for all levels—especially those who want a slower, more intentional practice that still feels energizing and nourishing. This class is taught by long-time valley yoga teacher, Leia Morrison.
