Details: As part of our extended programming from the Crested Butte Wine + Food Festival, we’re celebrating the flavors of spring with a fresh and vibrant edition of Cookbook Club! Join us for a collaborative potluck inspired by Listen to Your Vegetables: Italian-Inspired Recipes for Every Season by Sarah Grueneberg. Embracing the best of the season, this gathering highlights fresh vegetables and Italian-inspired cooking. Pick up a copy at Townie Books or borrow ours, sign up for a dish, and bring your seasonal creation to share. We’ll set the table and provide the wine—it’s a fun and delicious way to welcome spring, connect with fellow food lovers, and celebrate the joy of cooking with peak-season produce!
