Living Journeys' Navigating Grief and Loss Bereavement Support Group is a safe and confidential support system for individuals who have lost a loved one (the loss does not need to be related to cancer). Group meetings offer a supportive and healing environment where open discussion concerning grief and loss related topics are facilitated. Individuals benefit emotionally from supporting one another through shared experiences. Professional facilitators are present to guide discussion, promote inclusion, link participants to resources, and foster a strong sense of group. *** This group is now meeting in-person AND online ***
