 Choice Pass is open to all 6th-12th graders. Youth must attend one sign up night with a parent, caregiver or trusted adult. Come at 5:30pm or 7pm to Crested Butte Community School. Visit www.choicepass.net to complete the surveys and enrollment paperwork before coming to a sign up night.
