 Enjoy a midday break with Lunchtime Restorative Yoga. This class is the perfect way to give your mind and body a little extra care during your workweek. Candy Carson is an Iyengar Yoga Instructor, she has taught yoga since 1993. All levels are welcome. Please bring your own mat + straps + blanket. Additional props are available for use. Starting on May 2nd | Thursdays @ Noon in the Dance Studio
