During the upcoming Labor Day weekend, Crested Butte Film Festival has some great events and we want you to be there! The highlight of the weekend is Matthew Modine coming to town. He's going to be at all the weekend events, so please come join us and meet Matthew and the other filmmakers at the events below. Matthew will hold court at our Filmmaker Brunch, September 3rd, and we'll be showing his new film, HARD MILES, Sept. 2nd, 7:30pm at The Majestic Theatre. Matthew will introduce the film and do a Q&A afterward. Joining him is producer Orian Williams. Please meet these two wonderful filmmakers (and others) and join us for a full weekend of fun and festivities leading up to our 13th annual Crested Butte Film Festival, Sept. 27 - Oct. 1. Our full schedule: Friday, September 1st, Announcement Party 5 - 7pm, Liv Sotheby's on Elk Ave. in CB. Join Matthew, Orian, and others there as CBFF announces its full festival lineup - all 80 films. Saturday, Sept. 3rd. Matthew's film HARD MILES at The Majestic. 7:30pm. Tickets are here. Sunday, Sept. 3rd. Filmmaker Brunch, 11am-1pm, Patio @ Jose's at Elevation. Join our guests for brunch, drinks, a silent auction and a festival preview. Sunday, Sept. 3rd. Orian's film, SHADOW OF THE VAMPIRE, Majestic Theatre, 7:30pm. Free of charge, donations welcome!
