The Confluence Support Group is for Gunnison County residents who have various autoimmune and neurological diagnoses. The group will have monthly meetings to share resources and expand on health and wellness opportunities. The focus of the group is Education, Wellness and Community. Whether you are newly diagnoses or have been managing it for years, we would love to have you join! |
