Join Chef Ivan Giani and the Center for the Arts for a fun, free virtual cooking class. This week, we're doing a little celebrating with bobotie (pronounced ba-boor-tea), the national dish of South Africa. It is a delicious mixture of curried meat and fruit with a creamy golden topping, not dissimilar to moussaka or shepherd's pie! YUM.
