 There will be a Free showing of my film that covers the Smith Hill and Floresta Branches of the Denver & Rio Grande Railroad. We will also talk about the MOW equipment that was used to clear the snow from the tracks. This showing will take place at the Old Rock Library in Crested Butte at 7PM, Thursday March 14th. The fourth film, in a series of twenty films about the rail operations in the Gunnison, Colorado area. This film covers the rail lines that traveled from Crested Butte to Anthracite, along Slate River, Crested Butte, over Kebler to Foresta, and the equipment used to keep these lines open during the harsh Colorado winters.
