Aerial: Mixed Apparatus

Location: GAC Dance Studio
Details: Adult Aerial Mixed Apparatus ~ (Ages 16 – Adult) Mondays, 6:30 – 7:30 pm. January 22 – February 12. In this class students will gain an understanding of body conditioning and how to apply it to aerial dance. Students will go through beginner moves and also work on sequencing them on the Lyra and Sling. No previous experience or strength required. You will gain the strength as you learn! Instructor: Alexandria Rodriguez. $45/student, $38.25/members.
