 Revolutionary bassist Victor Wooten is a master of intricate jazz melodies, R&B arrangements and groove-inducing funk. A groundbreaking innovator, he employs unconventional drum licks, solos, blazing percussive chops, and wild explorations of melody, nuance and phrasing to his bass. As a founding member of Béla Fleck & the Flecktones he won five Grammy Awards, has been honored three times by Bass Player magazine as “Player of the Year,” and is included in Rolling Stone’s “Top 10 Bassists of All Time.” Ages 13 and up. 8:00 p.m. Early Bird through 1/13: $40.
