 The VSA chorus sings jazz standards Tight harmonies, swingin’ rhythms, and lively instruments make up our spring choral concert. Featuring members of local jazz band Take 5, the chorus will liven up your afternoon with songs from Ellington, Gershwin, Goodwin, Jobim, and more! Combining classic standards with jazz renditions of the not-so-classic, this show promises to take you back to the cool, free days of jazz, and swing you to the modern rainbow of harmonies of modern jazz.
