Not surprisingly, the Future Forum (2022) asserts that middle managers are more at risk of burnout than anybody else in an organization. Only 63% of middle managers planned to stay in their jobs in 2022, compared to 83% in 2021. What’s the outlook for 2023? Imagine if 37% of your middle managers resigned!
