Enjoy a unique interactive underwater film experience! Dive into the ocean of deep relaxation with simple breathing and light movements as we slowly climb into our yoga hammocks. There we will float in the ocean while enjoying videos from Moving Art called “Oceans” and “Whales and Dolphins”. While we float with these majestic sea creatures in our yoga hammocks we will listen to singing bowls and receive reiki, light touch and gentle massage of the feet and head. This unique practice of connecting with the whales and dolphins is intended to allow the mind and body to reach the deepest state of relaxation possible, whilst maintaining consciousness. There are two sessions at 6:30 and 8:30pm. Each session is 75 minutes and capped at 8 people that can use the yoga hammocks so secure your spot sooner rather than later.
