Come meet other mamas at Mountain Mamas Cafe! Presented by Gunnison Valley Health, we meet three times a week, Mondays from 1:30pm - 3:30pm at Sanctuary Somatics Yoga in Gunnison, Fridays from 12 - 2pm at Jerry's Gym, 507 Maroon Ave in Crested Butte, for our English sessions and Wednesdays from 11am - 1pm at Sanctuary Somatics Yoga in Gunnison for our Spanish sessions. Each group meeting will include Breastfeeding support and weigh station, conversations around maternal mental health, and light refreshments. For more information, please contact Kelsey Weaver
