Gunnison Valley Calendar Is Your Source for Valley-Wide Events Listings

Gunnison Valley Calendar is a regional one-stop calendar where you can post your organization's events to a shared single website around the Gunnison Valley from Crested Butte to Gunnison.  The goal is to make posting events easy so that you don't have to submit to multiple calendars.  For Public Service Announcements with KBUT Community Radio, please submit your event two weeks in advance.   

To expose your event details to a wider listening audience with more frequency, consider Underwriting at kbut.org.

  • KBUT Community Radio,
  • The Crested Butte/Mt. Crested Butte Chamber of Commerce,
  • The Crested Butte Creative District,
  • The Gunnison Country Chamber of Commerce and the
  • Gunnison-Crested Butte Tourism Association.

Coldharbour Family Days

Location: Coldharbour Institute Ranch
Details: Bring your whole family to the Coldharbour Institute Ranch to learn about soil and food production, water, wildlife ecology, and more through hands on activities, like art projects and science experiments. The dates for Family Days are June 18th, July 16th, and August 20th from 10:00 AM until 2:00 PM. Cost for each Family Day is $20.00 per car or $50.00 for all three days. Financial assistance will be available if needed. See details below for August 20th's Family Day. August 20th - Animals, Tracks, and Plants! Come to explore and learn about the native and invasive animal and plant species in our valley. Create your own plant ID book, paint with invasive plant species, and even tell the story of animals through their tracks.
