The Crested Butte Museum and The Trailhead Children’s Museum present a fun collaborative two-day activity workshop exploring art preservation and mural creation. Participants will get to explore downtown Crested Butte on a walking tour, get a behind the scenes tour of the Crested Butte Museum, learn about preservation techniques, and get to create a community mural together with the Crested Butte Center for the Arts. This is a two-day workshop where day two will build on skills and information gained on the first day, and will be appropriate for students in grades K-5. This program includes lunch, snacks, and refreshments for both days and will be 9am-4pm each day. Earlybird pricing is $130 before March 1st, and will increase to peak pricing at $150 after March 1st. Full and partial scholarships are available for families needing financial assistance - applications can be found on The Trailhead Children's Museum's website.
