Details: Our annual block party, the Black & White Ball, is headed to the internet! The Museum invites the community, near and far, to an online event that celebrates the museum and history of the Gunnison Valley.
Of course the Ball would not be complete without costumes and great prizes! As part of this stay-at-home event, participants are encouraged to don their black & white costumes and submit their photos to be included in a slideshow at the event.
Participants will receive discounts from our supporters at Coal Creek Distillery, Mountain Spirits Liquors, and The Eldo Brewpub. You’ll have the chance to win prizes from our sponsors Buckel Family Wine, Montanya Distillers, and Frank’s Deli. As usual, raffle tickets will be available to purchase from the museum to win a townie bike from the Alpineer, a stay at a Moloka'i, Hawaii Time-Share, a 10-14 day Time-Share stay with VI Resorts, or a $500 cash prize. Winners of raffle prizes will be announced July 31 st at a special event to be announced.
