The Ewings are moving their house from 10 Butte Ave to CB South! A structure move occurring on April 17 between 7 AM and 11 AM from 10 Butte Ave. in the town of Crested Butte to 775 Shavano Street in Crested Butte South. The route will be East on Butte Avenue, turn south on second Street, turn east on Elk Avenue, turn South on Highway 135, turn east on Cement Creek Road, turn North on Teocalli Road and turn west on Shavano St. All utility companies are working with the house movers to minimize traffic disruption and power outages. Please expect delays on Highway 135 and Cement Creek Road during those times. Traffic Northbound into crested Butte will flow uninterrupted except for when the house reaches a utility line crossing. Southbound traffic will be delayed with traffic allowed to pass the house as needed throughout the morning. Utility outages, if they occur, will be short and kept as brief as possible. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience caused. Hopefully most people are out of town for spring break… |
