Free! - Delicious Summer Meals Gunnison School District is cooking up delicious, free meals this summer. The summer lunch menu includes Pulled Pork Sandwiches, Chicken Stir-Fry, Burritos, Chef Salads and more. The breakfast menu includes a favorite, a Turkey Sausage and Cheese Croissant Sandwich. This week fresh, sweet cherries from a local grower, Austin Family Farms, are also on the menu. All of these tasty items are thanks to Kim Kula, the Kitchen Manager and her dedicated team. “Kim and her team like to make quality options that kids like --and they aren’t afraid to try new things,’ said Kristen Osborn, the School Nutrition Program Director for Gunnison School District. ‘We invite anyone and everyone, 18 and under, to come join us for a delicious free breakfast and lunch.” Breakfast & Lunch-Summer Meal Program Details ? A child must be present to participate ? No ID is required ? Breakfast is served from 8:15-8:45 (Monday-Thursday) ? Lunch is served from 11:15-11:45 (Monday-Thursday) ? Location-Gunnison Community School, 1099 North 11 th Street ? Note-No meals the week of July 3 ? The program ends on July 27th
