Gunnison Valley Calendar Is Your Source for Valley-Wide Notifications.

Gunnison Valley Calendar is a regional one-stop calendar where you can post your organization's functions to a shared single website around the Gunnison Valley from Crested Butte to Gunnison.  The goal is to make posting information easy so that you don't have to submit to multiple calendars.  Please review your content prior to submissions. For Public Service Announcements with KBUT Community Radio, please submit your material two weeks in advance.  For edits and questions about entries, please email Kelley@kbut.org.

Details: Please join us on zoom on Wednesday, November 10th at 6 p.m for the second of four interactive webinars of the Crested Butte Community Compass about “Our Natural Surroundings”. At this second webinar, we'll dive further into the Community Compass with a discussion about what we mean by “Our Natural Surroundings” and discuss Comprehensive Planning 101 on this topic (with Crested Butte’s context). Lastly, we’ll engage in an interactive panel and community discussion about Crested Butte’s Open Spaces, Recreation, Environmental Stewardship, Climate Action, and Resilience. The panel for “Our Natural Surroundings” will feature Jake Jones – Executive Director of the Crested Butte Land Trust, Gary Wockner, PhD – Executive Director and Co-Founder: Save the Colorado, Jan Washburn – Spann Ranches, and Ricardo Vasquez-Perales, PhD – Sustainable & Resilient Communities Track Director, Western Colorado University MEM Program.
