AWAKEN A Weekend of Movement, Nervous System Reset, and Embodied Transformation Grounded. Transformational. Intentional. A progressive weekend experience designed to support growth through awareness, challenge, release, and integration. Slow down. Open the body. Down regulate the nervous system. This grounding evening practice is designed to help you release the weight of the week, reconnect to yourself through intentional movement, breath, and stillness, and create the foundation for the transformational work of the weekend ahead. Offering: grounding work deep hip + shoulder opening breathwork restorative postures sound + nervous system support Theme: Arriving. Letting go. Creating space.
