 What if the zoning code worked for the kind of Crested Butte we want to live in? We’re updating Crested Butte’s zoning code, design standards, and historic preservation approach—and this is your moment to weigh in. Curious how the Town is proposing to incentivize more community housing and local commercial spaces to keep the fabric of our community strong? Wish architecture had a little more flexibility while still honoring what makes CB, CB? Think some of the Town’s zoning or design rules just…aren’t working anymore? Come explore the ideas, ask questions, and share your feedback in a relaxed, drop-in setting. Bring your friends. Bring your neighbors. Bring your junior planners. ? Family-friendly activities ??
