Details: This Sound Bath is a deeply restorative experience using crystal bowls and layered sound to calm the nervous system and invite deep rest. Come as you are, get comfortable, and allow the vibrations to support relaxation, integration, and renewal. Taught by Desirae Penton-Crosley E-RYT500, Reiki 1 & 2 Cert. Sound Healing Cert.
