A class focused on the foundational building blocks of yoga, exploring individual asanas with clear attention to form and function. The practice progresses thoughtfully, becoming more challenging while remaining accessible to all levels. Students refine alignment, strengthen the core principles of each posture, and deepen body awareness through intentional, methodical movement. Rooted in a set Dragon sequence, this class works through the essential postures that form the foundation of a well rounded, sustainable practice.
