The Town of Crested Butte is updating its zoning code to make it easier to understand, more consistent, and better aligned with the recently adopted Community Plan. This effort is not about changing the character of Crested Butte. It is about keeping our rules up to date so they continue to reflect community priorities like supporting local housing, businesses, and gathering places. If you want to know what is being considered in your neighborhood, join a short online webinar for your zone this October and November.
