Join Crux Pilates, Natural Grocers, and Living Journeys for an uplifting and restorative wellness workshop designed to nourish both body and mind. Begin the evening with a grounding Pilates session led by Ashley Jackson of Crux Pilates, focusing on mindful movement, breath work, and stress relief. Following the class, enjoy an engaging and informative nutrition workshop presented by Natural Grocers Health Coach, Rachael Cornelison. Rachael will share practical tips on using food to support overall wellness and vitality. This is a donation-based event, and all proceeds will benefit Living Journeys, Gunnison County’s nonprofit cancer support organization providing financial aid, therapy, meals, and travel assistance to individuals and families facing cancer. Come move, learn, and support a meaningful cause in our community! |
