 Presented to you by CB State of Mind for Mental Health Awareness Month. Research shows that mindfulness practice can help people manage stress and anxiety, as well as improve sleep, concentration, and emotional resilience. Therapist Ali Drucker will offer a selection of simple mindfulness tools for a variety of body types and neurotypes. Ages 12 and up are welcome at this free event. A variety of seating will be available for those with mobility issues.
