Floating Hammock Yoga with Crystal Bowls

Details: Experience a profound sense of mental and physical clarity, deep release of tension, and ultimate relaxation as you gracefully float in our specially designed yoga hammocks. This unique session offers a slower-moving floating yin aerial practice, beginning with gentle breathing exercises and inversions, and gradually transitioning into a serene meditation. You will be immersed in the soothing vibrations of crystal bowls during a sound healing session, and towards the end, you will receive the gentle and healing touch of reiki. This practice is suitable for individuals of all ages and is intended to release tension, bring balance to the mind, and focus on aligning each chakra energy center. Please note that light touching and the application of pressure points to the head, hands, and feet may be involved to enhance the experience further.
