As part of our extended programming from the Crested Butte Wine + Food Festival, we’re bringing a fun twist to gathering at the Center for the Arts! Sparkling Winemaking Techniques: Learn how sparkling wines are crafted in this engaging class! We’ll explore the different methods used to create bubbles, from traditional to modern approaches, while discussing regions, styles, and flavor profiles. Enjoy lively conversations on what sets sparkling wines apart, and of course, a tasting to compare techniques—because one glass is never enough to appreciate the magic of sparkling wine!
