 Develop core strength, superb balance, and healthy flexibility in "Strengthen & Lengthen" to improve your overall quality of life. All levels are welcome and if you're wondering if this is for you, YES it is! Whether you're new to fitness or you're a seasoned mover, "Strengthen & Lengthen" is the fun, effective, and grace-filled movement class you've been looking for. Benefit from the accountability, energizing community, and trainer expertise uniquely available in a group fitness class. Open to all ages, geared towards ages 16+. Bring a mat or two towels & a water bottle. Some mats and blankets available for use.
