 Saturday, November 9th, 2024 from 9am-12pm Come explore the womb through the lens of tribal and traditional medicine. Jessica Sylvanson leads this powerful workshop. We will look at the energetics and connections of the womb throughout the body/mind/spirit landscape using the lenses of Traditional Chinese, Native American, and Mayan medicine. The womb is a place of connection to universal creativity, the pulsing of ebbs and flows, centeredness within stillness and emptiness, the voice/mouth/and throat chakra, and our transformational potential. We will journal on where we are in our 7 year cycles of Jing in Chinese medicine, look at the actual organ anatomy and fascia of the womb, learn self-massage, and listen for our voices connection to this centering and central organ. Class will include teaching, journaling (time inside the womb for each), sharing (optional), some movement, chanting, and a vibrational gong bath.
