 Gunnison Wildlife Association: Volunteer Day - Habitat Restoration Join us on Saturday, October 5th, from 9 AM to 1 PM, for a hands-on Volunteer Day as we work together to restore local wildlife habitat! We'll be spreading sagebrush seed and planting seedlings along a decommissioned road to help revitalize the area. What to bring: • Gloves • Sturdy Boots • Water • Snacks *Be prepared for any kind of weather! All volunteers will receive a free T-shirt as a thank you for your hard work and dedication! Want more details? Swing by our Friday Evening Social at the Gunnison Elks Lodge at 6:00 PM or reach out to BLM Wildlife Biologist Andy Stokes at astokes@blm.gov for additional information. Come make a positive impact on your public lands and enjoy a morning of outdoor community service. We hope to see you there!
