Please join us at the Gunnison Library on Wednesday, September 20 from 6-7 pm for a Sleep Better Workshop presented by board-certified (NBHWC) health coach Jalene Szuba. This informative workshop will explain the importance of sleep and how sleep repairs the body. Learn why sleep is critical not only to short term health but to also prevent chronic diseases like obesity, cardiovascular, dementia, and Alzheimer’s. Participants will be empowered to improve their own sleep and leave with a plan to take actionable steps immediately. Jalene Szuba is an accomplished board-certified (NBHWC) health coach dedicated to empowering individuals to achieve optimal well-being and lead fulfilling lives. With her passion for holistic health and a deep understanding of the mind-body connection, Jalene has become a trusted guide for countless individuals on their journey towards improved health and wellness.
