As a prelude to the Alley Loop Nordic Marathon, Crested Butte Nordic & Coldwell Banker Mountain Properties will bring further action and entertainment to Elk Avenue – Friday, February 4th from 2:30 to 8:00 PM. Festivities include a nordic ski scramble challenge, involving costume changes, dragging an "awkward load" and a galande jump for sprint time subtractions! Starting at 5:30 PM an illuminated street party will unfold on Elk Avenue with live DJ performance. Events are free and open to the general public.
