 All levels, Cardio Dance class for all level movers. Dance for a full hour with less moves and MORE GROOVES. No experience necessary. All are welcome. Location: Jones Studio, CB Center for the Arts, 10:15am-11:15am. All levels welcome. Please bring water, clean sneakers or bare feet. Please pay in advance to secure your spot. Great Air filtration, spacious room and all health guidelines followed.
