 “It’s a Wonderful Life: A Live Radio Play” by Joe Landry December 17, 18 & 19, 2020. Live on Zoom at 7:30 pm. Gunnison Arts Center’s Community Theatre invites you to begin this holiday season with a beloved American holiday classic. The story of George Bailey, a young man whose troubles lead him to wish he’d never been born, comes to captivating life as a live 1940s radio broadcast play - complete with sound effects. Audiences will be captivated in their own homes, as George is visited by the angel Clarence who comes to earth on Christmas Eve, to help George realize how many lives he has touched, just how blessed he has been, and how different the world would be if he’d never been there. The cast will rehearse and be socially distant performing live from the Black Box Theatre stage. Directed by Tristan Buss. House opens 20 minutes prior to curtain. Household Zoom Tickets / $23.
