At the Center for the Arts Lobby. Instructor: Sommelier & Spirits Expert Aaron Tomcak. 5:30 – 7:30 p.m. $40 per session THU JAN 24 Strictly Scotch Learn about the nuances of Scotch, including the role of peat, chill filtration and Scotland’s whisky making regions, as well as how to nose, taste and evaluate different Scotches as you sample a variety of top-shelf bottles.
