Coldharbour Institute and Gunnison Valley Housing Foundation are holding a farm to table Harvest Gala fundraiser with a great locally produced pig and lamb roast, local produce and all kinds of information about the wonderful things we’re doing. There will be a corn hole tournament, a live and silent auction with prizes including fishing trips, a tree house stay in Costa Rica, local food and products and more! The Gala will be held at Parker Pastures at Vulcan and Country Road 13 on Saturday, September 29, at 5 p.m. Go to www.coldharbourinstitute.org to purchase tickets. Price of admission includes dinner and one drink. Coldharbour Institute is a living laboratory for education, incubation, and demonstration in the arenas of sustainable agriculture, green building, regenerative energy, and land management practices on its beautiful Coldharbour Ranch. Gunnison Valley Housing Foundation cooperatively creates and supports affordable, energy efficient housing using renewable and locally available resources to create sustainable, resilient and healthy communities within the Gunnison Valley.
