 High Country Conservation Advocates is partnering with the Upper Gunnison River Water Conservancy District and the US Forest Service to complete a Gunnison Sage-Grouse habitat restoration project near Waunita Hot Springs. Restoration expert Bill Zeedyk and other USFS experts will join us as we restore critical habitat and learn about ongoing restoration work in the Gunnison Valley. Lunch will be provided to volunteers, as well as free pizza and beer at the end of our workday! ****Please bring water, sunscreen, long pants, and appropriate work shoes.
