 Denver-based blues quartet Dragondeer mixes a hybrid of Mississippi Delta blues with 1960’s psychedelic rock, blistering harmonica and raw pedal steel. They switch gears between sinister, ethereal, funky and down home that both nods to the past and eschews fears of including modern inspirations with influences from Sonny Boy Williamson and Taj Mahal to the Grateful Dead.
