Gunsight Pass trailhead |
| Details: |
A trail run from the Gunsight Pass road down Slate River road to Lupine 2 trail. Climb Lupine 2 trail to Smith Hill road and then up to Gunsight Connector trail. Descend Gunsight Connector back to Slate River road and finish with a bonus loop on the GB trails. Distance is about 8 miles, all on dirt roads and single track trail. Meet at the parking area on Gunsight Pass road, just off Slate River road, about 4 miles north of Crested Butte. Entry fee is $5 for the run, or join for the season for $25. Sign up at the start. Refreshments will be provided after the run.
