| Details: |
Pointe: A beginning/intermediate level pointe class. This class will introduce the basics of pointe work and strength. Class will begin with a basic barre to strengthen feet, ankles and core. Once students become strong enough to move away from the barre, class will move to basic center work, combinations and choreography. Readiness for pointe work is determined by each student’s strength and physical development, not by their age.
