Details: It is not easy to think about the end-of-life. It is even harder to talk about it. But it is one of the most important conversations YOU can have with your loved ones. This 60-minute session will involve meeting with a group of individuals from your community and health care experts from the university. As a participant, you will be able to learn, ask questions, and share your experiences. You will also have the chance to fill out a health care directive.
