Wilnelia Recart is a Ph.D. candidate at UC Irvine and has been doing research in the Gunnison Valley since 2014. She is excited to share her research on Yellow Toadflax, an invasive plant common around the Lupine Trail, and its effects on native pollinators and plant communities. She will also talk about the importance of managing this invasive species for the longevity of the conserved lands. Meet at the 4-way at 9:00 am
