 Aerial Conditioning classes are offered to help you stay on top of your aerial skills or learn anew. Climbing, pulling, flipping upside-down, and holding yourself in challenging positions in the air, you will build amazing overall body strength in this class. We will be working with lyra and aerial fabric as well as floor exercises and stretching. Aerial Conditioning focuses on balancing, strength, and flexibility. It is a great way to build up strength and confidence for instructed aerial dance class sessions.
Open to dancers age 15 and up, all levels and never-evers.
